We've developed a process that integrates our services and products to achieve the best results for your project. We make it simple and fun!
The design process begins here at the Village Cabinets showroom. If you have a blueprint, bring it along. Or we can simply start with some rough dimensions. We'll discuss your taste, style, needs and budget. Together, we'll develop a plan that works best for you and your family! Your designer will actually draw your plan right in front of you and you'll see it come to life.
Next, we'll tour the showroom to find the right materials. You'll choose from 12 wood species and hundreds of finishing options. We offer over 70 door styles, 50 moldings and thousands of pieces of hardware. We'll narrow the selections down until you've chosen the best look for your home.
Then we'll prepare a price estimate, normally within 24 hours.
The final step is a visit to your house or construction site to determine final measurements and coordinate with any other contractors.
Six to eight weeks later, you will be enjoying your new cabinetry! It's that simple!
Measuring tips: If you bring some measurements, it will speed up the process. Simply measure the length of any
walls that will have cabinets. Measure the window width (casing to casing) and where the window is located on the wall. Measure the ceiling height, overall room dimensions and anything else that seems pertinent. Don't worry about getting everything perfect, we'll stop in to measure everything later.
