Village Cabinets' design team is made up of highly trained professionals, each with decades of experience. They know how to listen to you and translate your vision into the best design to meet your tastes, life-style and budget.
 
 

Bruce Clark, CEO and Treasurer of Village Cabinets, has more than 25 years of experience in the cabinet industry. He started with the company in 1987 and has worked in all facets of the business. His many years of experience in the kitchen cabinet industry provided him with the expertise that it takes to serve you in making an informed decision while creating your design/finishes when purchasing cabinets and countertops at Village Cabinets.

A graduate of Alfred University majoring in Marketing & Management, Bruce lives in the Farmington Valley area with his wife and two sons. His interests include skiing, boating & photography. He is also a member of HBA & NKBA for over 20 years. The kitchen is the heart of the home and Bruce is here to assist you in making the perfect choice for your new cabinetry while having a positive and enjoyable experience at Village Cabinets.
   

Bob Boutot is President of the company and our most experienced designer with over 30 years of knowledge. A member of the family that founded Village Cabinets, Bob has experience as an installer, shop manager and director of our countertop operations. He currently splits his time between shop operations and cabinet sales.

Bob's interests include restoring Model “A” Fords, golf and flying.  

   

Carrie O'Connell grew up in a big family where the kitchen was the “heart of the house” and “primary meeting area.” Carrie had a fascination with kitchen design as far back as she can remember. Eight years ago she made her dream of this business her reality as a valuable member of the Village Cabinets design team. Today she boasts a large clientele who appreciate her imagination and creativity. A Quinnipiac University graduate, Carrie lives in Watertown with her husband and daughter and covers the Central and Northwest sections of Connecticut.  

Carrie's interests include skiing, scrap booking and cooking.

   

Steve Henschel is our chief designer and sales manager. With more than 20 years in the kitchen and bath design business, Steve has developed over 9,000 kitchens and hundreds of offices, entertainment centers and specialty cabinets. Steve is well known in our industry and kitchens he's produced have appeared in many publications. He resides in Suffield and serves clients in the Farmington Valley, Litchfield Hills and Northeast sections of the state.

A graduate of Boston University, Steve is an avid photographer, artist and pilot.  

   

Meet Tom Pelletier, our newest designer.  Tom has more than 24 years of cabinet experience, starting with the company in 1984 as a cabinetmaker and installer.  Through the years he’s risen to installation manager and customer service representative.  Tom has experience in virtually all areas of the company and knows cabinetry inside and out.  As a designer, Tom works with several of our prominent builders and remodeling contractors who appreciate his ability to ask the right questions.

Outside of work, Tom is a family man and enjoys camping, fishing, and scouting.
